Kevin has infused nature, yoga and sound practices into his life for decades, and is excited to bring these passions into the mix at Yogarise. Yogarise's beautiful rural setting speaks deeply to Kevin's soul as a nature-lover, and he is thrilled to have the opportunity to explore movement, breath, and stillness with an inspired community in the cathedral of nature. You can expect the interspersion of yoga philosophy into Kevin's flow or yin classes, and the use of gongs and drums in special event soundbath classes.
