Join us in this beautiful coming together of souls and taking in the sacred medicine of ceremonial cacao. Together we will connect into Divine Mother, communicate through words and movement and dive deep into the heart centre. We take time to honour those who have passed down this divine medicine and the history the those people. We begin with a sharing circle, and creating an offering to Mother Cacao. Coming into meditation to connect with her spirit, and of softening into stillness and clarity. Through gentle movement — whether yoga, dance, or embodied expression — we cultivate freedom in our bodies and hearts.

In the warmth of community, we share, listen, and witness one another in authenticity and connection. Cacao opens the heart, promotes emotional clarity, and encourages joy and creativity. Its natural theobromine offers gentle stimulation, fostering relaxation and presence.

Please Note: Cacao may not be suitable for those with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or who are taking antidepressants. It’s also not recommended during pregnancy or for those sensitive to caffeine.

This 2 to 3-hour ceremony invites you to honor yourself, the cacao, and our shared journey. Step into this sacred space and let cacao guide you home to your heart.
